Large-Scale Agroforestry & Reforestation

Green Legacy Limited operates nine farms covering 699.45 hectares. These farms are strategically located to optimise resource efficiency, biodiversity conservation and community engagement. Our farms are managed using best practices that prioritise sustainable land use with an extensive operational footprint that underscores Green Legacy’s commitment to agriculture as a driver of environmental and economic resilience.

Green Legacy Limited has planted over one million trees, contributing significantly to carbon sequestration and habitat restoration. The diverse tree species planted include moringa, mango, guava, Indian Lime, dates, and acacia. These selections not only support ecological balance but also provide valuable resources for local communities, such as fruit production, herbal remedies, and other commercial uses. The inclusion of Moringa, known for its rapid growth and high nutritional and economic value, demonstrates an intentional approach to agroforestry.

To ensure the sustainable expansion of its farms, Green Legacy Limited implements annual planting cycles aligned with a three-year strategic growth plan. This approach allows for sustainable land coverage and encourages soil regeneration. By staggering planting cycles, the company can continuously evaluate and adapt its methods, fostering resilience to climate variability and market demands
